We accept returns up to 28 days after dispatch if the goods are still in marketable condition. If you would like to return goods, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns document, which must be printed and attached to your parcel. Post the goods back to us with all paperwork enclosed and we’ll credit your account. Note: postage on returned goods will be borne by the customer, unless we were at fault.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item seven days of payment, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items cannot be refunded. These include downloads. Merchandise that has been downloaded will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item to the same value of the exchange item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
